|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling|
UK Shipping is £3.50. All UK orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail or City Link Couriers.
Europe Shipping is £8.95 and sent by Airmail.
Worldwide Shipping is £15.00 and sent by Airmail
Items that have not arrived - Abode Wallart operate a 21 day policy for the UK and a 30 working day policy Internationally before we can either send out the goods again or refund you any monies. If your goods do not arrive once these timescales have been breached then we'll gladly refund you the full amount or repeat your order. Please read the delivery schedule below for our timescales.
We will have no liability to you to issue a refund or replacement order if we have not been notified by yourself of non delivery of your order after 30 working days.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the date of despatch before contacting us about your order. We will then be able to assist you. If 14 days have elapsed and your order has not arrived, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0116 2784844.
|Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch UK order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. Orders are not processed or made during bank holidays.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|

|Returns Policy As all our products are custom made, i.e. cut to order, any items returned that are not faulty or are exchanged for a different colour or design will incur a 25% re-stocking fee per item.|
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and must notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing or via-email if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
We are unable to replace damaged goods if you have tried to fit them. If your order appears damaged or faulty in any way please email or phone us straight away. We are unable to refund or replace goods if the item is not returned to us. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. Please quote your order/invoice number with all returns so that we can identify where the returned item came from.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
