What are wall stickers and wall decals? What are they made from?
Our wall stickers and wall decals are made from a very thin matt vinyl product. This gives the decal the look that it has been painted on and makes it harder for little fingers to remove. Decals are great due to looking like they are painted on as it would be costly to hire a painter.
Will they stick to all wall surfaces?
Wall stickers require a smooth flat surface. They are best stuck to plaster walls, glass windows, mirrors, tiles etc.
I have just painted my walls, how long till I can adhere my wall sticker decals?
It is recommended to wait at least 3 weeks after freshly painting walls before you adhere your wall stickers. This is due to the way paint drys on your walls. However, this is only a general guide as all paint contains different additives.
Can i take them down or reposition them somewhere else ?
Our stickers are removable, but not repositionable. As they are built to last they use a good quality adhesive which means that when you remove them they tend to stretch out of shape and will need to be discarded. This of course makes it easy to take one down and replace it with a new design should you ever feel the need for a change after a few years. Sometimes, simple designs such as circles can be removed without damage and repositioned
Are the wall stickers in one piece?
The majority of our stickers come in one piece. Some of the very large stickers may come in a few pieces. This will allow for the fitting process to be a lot easier.
Do you customise wall stickers?
Yes we can. Any design within the website can be changed to suite your requirements. Please provide detail of what you are after to help us accurately provide a quote on your wall sticker design. We only charge for major changes to the design. We would not make a charge if it was just a little tweak to the design.
I love one of your designs though want extra parts, do you sell extra pieces as well?
Yes, we do. From time to time we understand that you may want extra parts to complete your design. If this is the case please email us and we can custom make extra pieces for you.
I am after a particular theme, can you help ?
Yes, we can customise a wall sticker decal for you. We also have a number of designs in the pipeline so please email us to ask you never know we might be just about to release a new design that suits your interest.
I can not decide which colour, can you mail a sample?
We would be happy to mail you a FREE sample if you are stuck on which colour suits your room best.
Are your wall stickers and decals designs easily applied?
Yes. We ensure our designs not only look great on your walls, we also provide full instructions with your wall stickers to make sure you get the best result.
Can I use wall stickers in my bathroom?
Yes you sure can, wall stickers in a bathroom work very well as this room usually has limited space for decorating other than wall space. For using in wet area's such as bathrooms do not shower or allow steam into the room at least 3 hours before you apply your wall stickers. Once applied its best to leave for a minimum of 3 hours before jumping in the shower.
Can i return my wall sticker if i am unhappy with it?
Unfortunately no. All stickers are specially made to order and therefore are non-refundable. If your sticker is damaged upon delivery, please return it in the same condition and we will send you a new sticker upon receipt
Can you make a specific sticker size for me?
Yes, please e-mail us before making an order and we can certainly try to accommodate
Do you ship your wall stickers Overseas ?
Yes, we do. All postage costs can be found on the 'checkout pages
I have just placed my order how long till my order is shipped ?
We endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible as we understand you want to complete your rooms! For UK order please allow 3-5 working days for your order as each item is bespoke made. Overseas order will take 7-14 days
